Boatlift Offshore

Boatlift Offshore is a further development from the basic Prof version for fish farming.

Boatlift Offshore is a lift, hoisting a small vessel, service boats or rescue boats out of the water, into an elevated area (dock) for safe and secure service and storage. The system will be operational in at least 4 m (12’) of Waves

This patented system consist of basically 4 main components:

1) Crib, or boat shaped floating dock where the boat enters from sea and is held firmly while
lifted out of water, and stays until launched again.

2) Lifting arrangements, parallel lifting arms, slides and joints powered by:

3) A hydraulic system of advanced configuration

4) A steering system including a remote control system.

Boatlift Offshore is implemental in securing a potentially dangerous situation of launching and retrieving a service, rescue or work boat in an offshore situation from a larger host ship, like a Coast Guard or navy vessel.

Boatlift Offshore will give better working conditions, fewer hazards and better security, better regularity and a larger operational range, than systems in use today.
